This week at the Pastors’ Academy we have had Dr. Adriaan Neele teaching on Jonathan Edwards. Adriaan directs our new ThM programme with Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary (PRTS). He is the author of a recent book looking at the sources behind Jonathan Edwards (Before Jonathan Edwards), and is also an expert on Petrus van Mastricht; he contributed the introduction to the first volume of the newly-translated Theoretical-Practical Theology.
This is an exciting moment for us because it is the first official class in our new ThM with PRTS. Here are some of the features of the new programme:
We now offer concentrations in biblical studies, historical theology, and systematic theology.
The course can be taken over 6 years and consists of 10 classes, some of which can be done online or as independent studies.
The residential classes are each a week long and are all based at London Seminary.
There is now no requirement to learn an additional foreign language at the ThM stage.
Students can apply to transfer to the PRTS PhD programme using their credit from the ThM.
Do get in touch if you would be interested in finding out more about the new course.
